I was out driving today, and turned my wipers on for a bit to clear some snow, when I turned them back off, they positioned themselves straight up on the windshield, instead of down and recessed like they normally do. How can I get them to go back to the regular neutral position?

Do they still wipe? The wiper motor likely has some kind of problem and the gearbox in it isn't telling the motor where to properly park the blades.

Yeah its the cam piece that tells the motor where to park. Should be an easy replacement, thanks for the reply.
