I need some major help...

Alright here it is...
The back story is: Had bad lifter noise so we took off the head to replace the lifters... Wow, what a mess those lifters were...

Anyway, after we got it all buttoned up we have less than 30psi compression on 3 cyls and about 150~165 or so on the other one. We thought maybe the problem was stuck valves because of just how low it was... No go, all the valves are moving and when we had the head off everything was seated and sealed well. Fast-forward to now. My friend checked the torque on the head and everything is good there so we just don't know what could be wrong. I guess a warped head...

Does anyone have any other suggestions outside of warped head? I was told we could have over-torqued the rockers and they are stuck open on the exhaust... (gas pours out the exhaust...)

Thank you much for any help you can provide.

Yes, overtorquing the rockers can give you major problems.

Any other suggestions? We have retorqued all the rockers and that didn't seem to solve anything.
