hey my mom has 99 chevy cavalier and her blinkers wont stay on,they go on for not even a second and then dead,we replaced the lever and that didnt fix it,we checked the fuses and they are fine and bulbs are good,can anyone help me out so my mom doesnt have to fear on going out cause cops are bored here and they will do anything to have something to do and when they do they are buttholes about it..
Do they make sound when they're turned on?
an "ERRRRRR" sound?
check the fuse?
