hey peeps
i have a 95 cavy 2 door 5 speed. i havea 2.2 n it now... i was wanting to know if i could put a ecotec head on it or what could i do to my motor to get more horse power out of it... i have a custom cold air n take a glass pack and tip and new plugs and wires so far on it... what more can i do or what can i do to do the head change thanks guys for ur help

yea sure you can put an ecotec head on a 2.2 with no issues what so ever. all you have to do is open the hood, and place the eco head ontop of the 2.2. only thing is you will never get it to bolt on ahah. jk

Your 2.2 is an OHV meaning the cam is in the block and the ECO is a DOHC- 2 cams on top of the head no cams in the block. AZNCAV wasnt serious. Even though they are both the same size they are completely different engines.

But for more hp out of a 2.2 OHV, just search there are many options.
