ok guys my spedometer has been bouncin around lately so when i hit the dash it stops doing it so i decided to unplug the plugs that are in the back of the instrument panel and now my car turns on goes to 1000 rpm then shuts off does this mean i broke something or whats going on please reply!!!
is your theft light blinking on the dash ?
I got it to work turns out the littler plug in the back of the cluster broke off the board so i wired it back up with the sodering gun. so everything is fine but if u know what that plug does could u please tell me!!

The cluster sends the key to the PCM, so it could be a bad cluster...}-------------This could have been your problem because the "Key" was not being sent to the P.C.M. until you resoldered the plug,
