Ok about a month ago my check engine light came on in my car, as i was working for a garage fitting tires, changing oil etc one of the guys read the code for me and it was the o2 sensor. So he cleared it but mentioned that it may be worth looking into changing it at some point. Neway cut a long story short ive recently quit that job due to the manager being an absolute ass to me, he was not letting me use the shop after hours even though that was a privilage that came with the job etc so now i cant just go into work and read the code. So basically im assuming (after checking other possible problems, loose gas cap, clogged filter etc) that it will be the Oxy Sensor again, but then came the problem that i have 2 on my 99 2.2 sunfire. So is there anyway of finding out which one it is or will i have to replace both of them??
Oh and ofcorse is this the most likley cause of the light? I am just assuming at the moment because of it being the problem last time?
Thankyou
Ashley.

depending on what the code is, it will either be a Bank 1 (front) or Bank 2 (rear) code.
That will let you know what O2 sensor to replace.
Some autopart stores will read the code for you. Or buy a cheap code reader
Ok Thankyou.

AutoZone will read the codes for you. Make sure youo get the actually code from them. As stated depending on which code it is could be either sensor, or even something else.
