Anyone who has a GM factory LD9 crate motor production year 1999 watch the bolts on your upper motor mount to the block.
they back out. this may or may not be a common problem post up if youve had this problem.

No, service manual doesn't say so. More than likely they weren't torqued right. I've never had a problem with my '99.

they were lock tighted and torqued but somehow they came loose im still scratching my head......

ok so weve got somthing here.
just spread the word it would really suck to have the motor drop like that.
I never would have noticed it if I hadnt heard the clunking.

my 95 did that...but not till after i swapped an engine..so technically it was My fault..had to torque them better
were is that located? exactaly? im starting to get noise that i cant figure out...
