im having a weird squeaking noise when driving, it only happens when im at low speeds (25-35)
everything i have read says brakes, i know for a fact its not them because they are brand new and i had them inspected.
any ideas?

possibly a stuck caliper or a defective brake pad. do you notice the car pulling to a certain direction when applying the brakes?
no pulling
like i said brakes are brand new almost 1k miles on them and i went and had them inspect them

If it stops when you step on the brakes, then it's probably your brakes...
Doesn't matter how many miles you have on them, or if they were "inspected".
I would take them apart- apply disc brake quiet to the back of the pads and lube the caliper bolts..
Years ago, my mum got her brakes "inspected". They said it was fine. One month later, she was driving with no brake pads, just the backing plates GRINDING into the rotors.
What is "fine" to one person can be "90% worn" to another person.

Its a J-body, squeaking came standard from the factory!

Really it does sound like a brake issue. I know you can get new reman calipers for somewhere around 15 bucks a piece at AutoZone, took care of my squeaky brakes.
