Hey guys, i've got an 02 ecotec cavie with some el-cheapo BOMZ racing intake.. it doesnt really fit, it isnt anchored to anything, it wobbles around, and i have no grommet for my fuel rail vent (and my crankcase vent is pretty much garden hose.. works perfectly but I probably won't be passing emissions anytime soon) So I was wondering if anyone knew of another Ecotec intake that fits flawlessly and such. WITH a fuel fail grommet this time! WeaponR? K&N? And also, if anyone has anything for sale I can buy off of them, or knows a good place located in or willing ot ship to Canada for these things, let me know! Thanks!
On my 05 Ecotec Cavalier, I bought a K&N Typhoon series short ram off of www.TurboTechRacing.com . Fit like a charm, everything was snug, hasn't caused any problems to date.
if you know all this stuff wont pass and isnt up to par why did you do it?

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again
here's an idea. put the stock stuff back on for the emissions test, then after you get your inspection sticker (im guessing thats what you get), get a real intake.
JBO Stickers! Get yours today!
why dont you stop being such an el-cheapo yourself.
get a proper hose for the PCV.
tap the intake tube fore a spot to put the fuel line vent thing. its been done before on here and the Bomz intake for the 2.4L LD9 fits the ecotecs fine with a modification or two.
