Its gonna need quite a bit of work.. personally i'd say its not worth it seeing its an automatic run of the mill OHV 4 door. At least there isnt any mods to consider, I'd say let it go!

your probably looking at $2000-$3000 in parts. go to the wrecker and ask for a front end assembly(nose) for a 2002 cavalier 2.2ltr with an auto trans. that will give you all the front end parts you need. wreckers usually include the rad and A/C condenser with it. they average $1500-$2000 for the complete nose. a set of bags with the module will run you $600-$900 from the wreckers. but haggle with the wreckers and you can get 10%-20% off the list price. the rad support will have to be cut off and the one from the nose welded on.

IMO the car is a total loss, the damage in wrecker parts alone is about the value of the car. add the labor, paint and misc parts to that and your well over the value of the car.

you can try www.car-part.com for any parts you need.

Getting the airbags alone replaced will probably cost more than what the car is worth..

ok I appreciate the feedback but here is a list of projects for the car. First I want to take off all the damaged parts, and only fix the critical parts, I will be putting a body kit, projector headlights, VIS hood, VIS Z3 fenders, air bag suspension, as well as an engine/tranny swap as well. So basically to sum it all up, I will just need to make it drivable [ having just what is needed by the dot ] until I can afford all the other parts, one piece at a time. Unfortunately i need this car to get back and forth to work, until it is done. So with all that said, is it still doable??

By the way I will not be replacing the airbags. I plan on changing the steering wheel, and putting a CF cover over the passenger one.

best way to go is to buy the whole front end assembly and use all of the parts that you need and sell the rest.
I use to fix and sell crashed cars. First you will need to get: (all part prices are for used part also can find really good deal at scrap yards, wreck yards)
front end pulled out $200 to $300
windshield inhaled $270
hood $300
fender $150x2
headlight $60
bumper cover $150
air bags passenger and driver and the airbag module (have to get module or new air bags will not work and air bag light will stay on) saw a set for $250 on ebay might be able to get it for like $100 after looking
radiator $100
paint depends how good the shop is usually $150 per part so $600
Total about $2500 if all done by you except the pull of the frame
All of the prices are of top of my head as they were 3 years ago pretty sure that most of them can be found on ebay for much less
Actually that is light damage and worth fixing if you have tools and time and not afraid to get dirty.

don't think that the car is drivable the radiators usually start leaking after front end damege
oh ye sometimes cool after market parts that are cooler, better than stock and are cheaper or ebay.

It didn't look too bad to me..until you opened the hood.

My worry is that there is going to be some kind of damage to the engine.

Unless you plan to do all the repairs at one time- junk it.

I think it is fixable. Reason I say this is I have done major work on J's so this is not to big of a deal. Getting a hood, Fender, headlights etc... Even air bags is not expensive (unless you go to the dealer). Look on the org and other places and find people selling stuff. The hardest part of that is going to be the radiator support bar. It could be pulled out, but will never be like it should, so pulling it out cutting it off and putting in another one would be best, but would require some welding. Then of course painting.
