i want to put on an aftermarket steering wheel any recomendations???

Follow the service manual for removing the steering wheel and you can either buy a Momo hub kit or a Grand Am kit by Grant for the years of 1990-1993. They fit our hubs if you're Cavy is from '95-'03.
