My 95 cavi has been running pretty good for the most part. However, if I get stuck at a light the check engine light comes on. While the check engine light it on and im driving the car falls on it face whe I let off the go-pedel. It will coast fine, but as soon as I let off the gas it acts like is choking and and just falls on its face instead of coasting. If I kill the ignition and turn it right back on it goes away, but happens again at the next light. I tried to get the codes read but all they keep talling me is it says error or something. Anyone think I could have a bad AIT? just a guess. This happened after I installed a CIA with non oiled filter.

Did you plug back the connector to the IAT? Check that it is clean and tight.

I drove my Cav without an AIT for three day after I lost mine to the engine bay before I could get a new one. So I doubt that the AIT is the problem..
