Ive got an 01 cavalier 4 dr, My window roll up handle has started to skip, I believe its the not the plastic handle, Its the gear unit underneath the door panel, Just wondering How easy it is to replace, I thinking I need to replace my very soon. Any idea's guys?

Are you sure it's not the crank handle?
I would imagine to replace the gear you will have to replace the manual window assembly. Souldn't be too hard,

why dont you take off the handle and look for yourself???
Update, Yes its the whole assembly, The plastic window leaver is fine. Not even striped. Cause when rolling the window up and down it works, When I get it tight up the rubber molding it skips. I will inspect the gear housing later on to day let you guys know.
