Does anyone know of any problem why i cant get a scan tool to read my ecu through the Diagnostic port? My check engine light came on the other day and every once in a while when i accelerate my car just falls on its face and i tried scanning it and for some reason the scanner will not communicate with the computer. Ive tried 2 different scanners so thats out the window. Im thinking i might need to get a new computer. the car is a 2001 z24 5 speed. Thanks
