4 guarts is like 3.78 litres isn't it. so anyway. like leave like an inch and a 1/2 or 2 in the bottom of a 4.4 litre jug would be okay wouldn't it

fill the filter, put it on. fill the crankcase till the stick says full. start the car, run it for 15 seconds, then shut it off. recheck and refill. i've never trusted quantity recommendations because my ln2 requires a full 4.75 quarts (incl. filter.), even though the book says 4.

the 2200 takes EXACTLY 4 quarts.....it will be on the perfect fill line with 4 quarts

My car may run 18s, but I can do your taxes in 10 seconds flat.
JBO lube - they would never have enough in stock and we'd never see RodimusPrime again

Worse thing is, it's hard to find a big jug of oil that is like 4 quarts...its like 4.4 and 4.7 litres. It's cheaper to buy in big jugs but I'm lazy so I guess i'll buy 4 1-quart bottles

My 2200 has always taken just over 4 1/2 quarts including the filter.
