I got this Cavalier a couple weeks ago. It's a 1997 with 70k miles.
Basically when I go to start the car, it doesn't want to turn over. It always does, but takes a little bit.
If I drive it to the store and turn it off, it'll start right back up easily when I get back in.
Can you offer any help?
Are you saying it cranks slow after its sat a while, but once it starts, you drive a bit, shut off and restart it cranks right up? If so, have your battery checked, it may not be holding a charge all that well.
