Hard Starting Problem

Hey everyone.. I just picked up my car today, runs great, and runs hard too. Peppy thing, rubber in 1st and second gears like my old 1988 Grand AM SE 2.3L QUAD. BUT, say after letting it sit for 30mins or so after a good long run (we'll say 2 hours stop and go traffic on the highway for example) it'l crank and crank and crank until you help it by flooring the gas pedal then it'll sputter to life. Here's what I notice when it starts, and some of my input on the problem; The exhaust smells rich when starting it, and almost like the spark plugs are fouled up. Two things come to mind; 1) Faulty/Sticky/Dirty IAC valve and/or passages 2)Faulty injector leaking fuel into the cylinder when engine is off.

Anyone else have similiar problems? What did YOU do to fix it?

Thanks for any help in advance!!

Nate

PS. Pictures to come... although its just a plain jane 96 Red Sunfire GT

I guess no one had any input on the matter. If anyone else has the same problem, it WAS leaky injectors, 2 in fact.. When I pulled the rail out, 2 of them were hissing and fuel was dripping from them. So problem fixed.
