I bought a set of the '99 strut mounts to retrofit into my 2003 Sunfire. Would anyone happen to have an assembly diagram for these? They didnt include anything in the boxes.
I just bought KYB front and rear mounts for my 99 Z24 today, both came with diagrams.
If these are any good to you, lemme know and I will scan them in and send them to you...

Thanks! I got it figured out though. The '99 mounts are exactly the same as my '03 mounts but I used them anyway. The only difference was that the new ones included an extra piece that turned out to be a spacer that fit under the nut. That was my problem before, I had a 1/2" empty space underneath the nut.
The car's finally back together and driveable which is good because something let loose in the engine last night in the Trans Am on the way home from work.
hm i would think there diff unless its 95-98.. but i would assume its 95-99 and then 03 mounts should be one piece
'03 mounts are 2 piece. I ordered the '99 mounts because people on this board said that the '95-'99 were the old style mounts that would actually allow me to use two wrenches to tighten down the nut.
All is good now so it doesn't matter.
Ironically, I can't seem to get these mounts to work. The two top pieces that fit together (steel into rubber) don't fit at all on the new ones (steel on steel). I need my car today because I go back to work tomorrow...

i duno bout the 2 wrenches thing id never wanna losen one with anything less then an impact.. but the 95-99 do have removable bearings for each side for lik 20 bucks which is a plus i guess
