Nobody makes a pulley or a belt. My ac never worked anyway. So tech i can drive the car w/o the belt because the water pump and power steering are all spun internally. What sized belt would i need to swap with the original?
Gm parts direct makes the 2.4 a/c delete pulley or take off your compressor and run a shorter belt

what you can do is get rope or some sort of string that is a reasonable size and run it through the route excluding the compressor, your probably gonna need a buddy to help you out. Once you have routed it hold the end with your finger or mark it with something and take a tape measure to it and measure it. once you have a measurement take it to your local parts store and tell them you need a five rib belt so so inches long and they should be able to find one either a little over or on the money, if its a little over though dont worry because your tensioner will take up the slack. hope this helps!
If your sure you'll never want a/c, bypass it like everyone is saying and then remove all the left over parts at your leisure (condenser, accumulator, lines, and if your really bored, evaporator). It frees up a lot of room in the engine bay since the 2.4's were built around a/c and not the other way around (standard option). Also frees up some weight up front.
Just remember to have your a/c drained PROPERLY before you do so...

Either replace your stock belt with a 345k5 belt (correct length for bypassing the a/c pully), or just pull the fuse for the a/c so the pump won't kick on. Although be warned.. if you go the shorter belt route, it's gunna be a bitch getting the thing on there so you'll probably want to buy a tensioner tool (crowfoot wrench) wich will make changing it soo much eisier its rediculouse.
