well, i was driving home from work and car stalls 3 blocks away from home. the fuel pump seems to be humming fine from what i can here, but i dont know where the problem could be. could it still be the fuel pump cus the car just wont start, or a blocked fuel filter.

When exactly should we change a chain on a 2200?

2200s have a belt, don't they?
I had a 1999 cavalier 2200s 5spd I think when you can hear it turning is when you should replace it.

i have a 2.2 not a 2200, and mine has a chain not to sure about the belts though. i would hope you never have to change a timing chain or belt. too costly and time consuming.
