ok so my sound that Im having issues with is something to do with my steering, not sure if is the power steering pump or the rack, my fluid is full so its not leaking, at idle it is like a rattle sound, and when I turn the steering wheel a little, it goes away, ....any ideas? I know it is hard to say without hearing it but can I have some guesses, and please be some what serious maybe lol

Power steering pump be my guess or fluid deteriorated I would try replacing all its fluid with new see if that solves it.

timing chain tensioner? maybe

bingo, had the same problem and a new tensioner cleared that problem right up

and what does it cost to have that done?

and is it something that will be a huge headache money wise if I wait too long?
