how many miles on it? ever replace the tensioner before? chances are it needs replaced.
Yes, it's a sunfire 2.4, tensioner looks original, but for now i'm just trying to put the belt back on. What belt you guys use?
I tried 475, 480, 485, all too short....can't find 490...

mine is smaller cause i have a UR crank pulley. ask the parts store since im assuming you have factory pullies
