Is this possible to convert ft-lbs. to in-lbs. by multiplying by 12? Or am I missing something here?

To convert foot pounds to inch pounds, multiply by 12.

OK, so theoretically I can torque something in ft-lbs. with an in-lbs. torque wrench (I got an AmPro clicker) if I do the math.

That's all I needed to know, thanx.
