failed at emissions due to this,...wat do i gotta do to fix this..? please help

not sure I understand... were they not able to get a reading off teh OBDII jack?

This normally accures either if you just had the codes erased before you went to emissions or the battery was disconnected before emissions.

This feature usually stops people from cheating on the emissions test. (which if you have an older car, is so easy to do)

Whats happening is your car has to go thru a check list of stuff on the car to make sure its CARB compliant and the drivability is acceptable and safe.

It normally takes about 25 miles and 24hrs for it to be ready!
