I cannot locate a PCV valve on my 2000 2.2 ltr sunfire is it possible it does not have one? It is not in the location it is supposed to be according to the chiltons (left read on valve cover). any help appreciated.

There is no PCV valve on a 2000 J-car. Both the 2.2L and 2.4L have oil separator plates, but no PCV valve.
Anyone have any idea what to do about getting a lot of oil and water in the air intake?
blow-by: bad valve seal, or bad piston rings
