Well my pedal went all the way to the floor. Spoke to my dads friend who is a mechanic. He said to change the clutch, master cylinder, and the slave. Where can i get good prices on these items? i made a post in the classifieds to see if anyone has anything laying around. Is there an online store that has better rates than autozone? thanks.

I thought the pedal is supposed to go all the way to the floor...

sign up for the gp. take a look in the transmission forum. if we get enough names, we'll get a good discount on spec clutches. i work at advance, and have looked at autozone, and at MY cost, the spec is about the same price as any other brand you'll get. the spec clutch kit comes with the pressure plate, friction disk, combination slave/TOB.

Same thing happened to me a few months back. Thankfully mine was still under warranty. Pedal got squishy and then after a while it just wouldn't come back up from the floor.
I truly donot think you need to replace all of those parts. Bleed the clutch first, see if it comes back. Also look under the car and see if it is leaking clutch fluid out the tranny inspection hole. If so then a bad TOB (throw out bearing). Best bet would be replace the clutch at that point. The slave cylinder is part of the TOB. One unit.
