Smoked a deer last fri and it pushed that crossmember that the radiator and hood latch mounts to back about 2 inches. Anyone ever had this happen and bent it back, if so how did you do it? I cant put a new hood on until I fix this...Oh and my radiator is slightly concave now.....luckily mechanically everything is cool but the front end is a mess....NOTE: if you can afford it...dont save the extra couple bucks and drop full coverage ins to just liability!!!!!!!!!

Just grab it and pull... it's pretty flimsy sheet metal. ha ha... just kidding
Park in front of a tree and use a hand winch... that should do the trick.
Hook the winch to a towstrap or something similar that you have wrapped around the crossmember, the tow hook on the winch hooked direct to it will screw it up, very likely twist it before it pulls it straight. Time to go premium, thats the last post for June.
