ok so last thursday i was at my buddys house and my car started making some kind of ticking/knocking noise. so i poped the hood to se were it was co ming from and it sounded at first like exhaust, So i let the car sit till today not doinganything with it (no time) and so today i poped hood to check everythingout and i found that at the end of my fuel rail gas is leaking out ( at end of fuel rail pasnger side) . So now im thinking maybe something is @!#$ up with eithe my fuel rail and or inj'ers..
Any idea what it could be?? plz hep... im thinking maybe its my inj gone bad and pressure just backing up or somthing, but as u all know i was certified By DA Dumbas automotive. So my theroy might not be the right one
At first i was scared maybe it was something internal , but after i sen the gas leak , im thnking more inj.
If fuel pressure is high enough to cause a leak, you would probably notice a difference in how that car ran, since fuel pressure directly effects injector output, so thats probably not the problem. I'd try replacing the part/fitting that is leaking, and double check the fuel pressure regulator and and hoses.
fuel is not leaking anymoe.. after wizlock23 took fuel rail / inj out and putback in..now only thing its doing isakig this noise ^^^clickabove link
