I was wondering this too I Honestly don't think it matters though because basically from looking at them both this just appears to be an OEM replacement with a brand name.
They're gonna tell ya it's better but I don't & can't see where it could possibly be unless I either tore it apart or got the exact specs from each of the companies
1. They're too much to tear apart unless you happen to have one of each that's already bad or can ahold of them also al;ot of work & you may still not be able to tell.
2. You could track down #'s or webpages for each company & check but also going to prove to be a hassle.

Water pump? Buy the best you can get. Don't go with OEM... they suck arse.
