varying idle issue

okay one more issue this is on an 05 eco swap. thought everything was running perfect and drove it to work yesterday to just get some more drive time with it. well crusiing thru town doing around 30 in traffic so i left off the gas, and the car starts idling from 1000rpms then to 15000 rpms then back down to 1000 then back up to 1500 it will just go between the two back and forth while im idling, if i stop at a light and am not moving it will stop. if im on the gas it is fine. a couple times it sort of bogged on me. i am throwing a code for a out of place idle. was code P0507 now this last week i have messed with the wiring going to the fuel injectors, getting rid of the loom and going with smaller wiring, but one of the lines that is with that goes to the map sensor now this line i had allready done and it was working the week before so the only lines i was soldering on was the actual fuel injector lines. i checked the solder joints on the map sensor line and they seem solid. im wondering if the map went bad if this is what it would cause it do to. not saying im perfect at wiring but ive had to replace just about all the sensors on the car so it wouldnt surprise me if it was the map. new wiring for the fuelinjector/map sensor is 90 bucks so im probalby going to try the map first, im just wondering if anyone knows if the idle fluctuation problem i have is related to a bad map or not.
