simple question that im unsure of .. Do you have to remove the timing chain HOUSING in order to remove the cylinder head? It looks like you do, but im just trying to get around NOT taking the damn water pump off. I only ask because the 2 headbolts closest to the timing housing doesnt look accessible without taking the timing housing off..

yea you will have to remove the timing chain housing but you should be able to leave the water pump bolted to the block and just undo the 2 or 3 bolts that hold it to the housing.. and the water pump should move and you can access those bolts
