My 02 cavy with power windows neither of them are working any more. Has anyone else had this problem, If so what did you do?

On an '02, and if they both quit working at once, then most likely it's a blown fuse or something amiss in the electrical circuit.

If the fuse is fine, trace wiring to/from the switches and the motors in the doors.

It isnt a fuse or wiring because the passenger side goes up it just takes forever and has to be done little pieces at a time and the drivers side wont even stay up it just falls down?

I think he has a bad regulator or motor. the passenger side is very slow going up and the drivers side doesn't work at all. I think it's the regulator on the drivers side and the motor on the passenger.
