I am having some issues with my horn not working. I am thinking that it is pissibly the relay that is bad because I have tried another horn with no luck. ANyone know where the horn relay is located at??

That is the stock location? Mine is there for sure, I figured it was moved by a previous owner for some reason. Seems pretty ghetto to just mount a part with electrical tape

okay I looked under the dash but didn't really see anything. There is a relay wrapped up to a bunch of wires? Is this is. It is on an 04 sunfire.

Check the horn contact ring under the steering wheel. Also the horn contacts they go bad too, they break for no reason.
