Not hard at all if you know what you're doing

well both o2 sensors are easily changed however, you do realize that when you say Bank 1 o2 sensor your not being specific on which o2 sensor you need to change (before cat or after cat) bank 1 or bank 2 would refer to which side of the engine (for V8's and such) since you only have one bank (4cylinder) you need to know sensor 1(before cat) or sensor 2 (after cat) to change.. but neither one is hard just unscrew and unplug old and put in new...

I JUST swapped the after-cat O2 sensor on my sisters Cav, its a bear to get loose. Do the right thing, get a QUALITY O2 sensor socket (not a cheapie from parts-o-rama) and douse the thing with WD-40 or Liquid wrench. Get the socket on there, bust it loose, squirt it again, and then TIGHTEN it again. The purpose of that is to work the penetrant into the threads. Rinse repeat, loosening it a bit more each time getting the penetrant worked into the threads till you finally get the sensor out. Then put a bit of O2 sensor safe anti-seize on the threads (a little goes a long way, keep it off the pintle) and thread it in and tighten it up.
