I removed the two clips that are attached to the wheel studs, but i can't get the drum off. I have pried and hit it with a hammer and nothing is makeing it budge. The E-brake is NOT on. am i missing somthing here?

nevermind I searched and found that you have to just beat the @!#$ out of it. I finally got it off.

You can also try backing the adjusters off with a small flat screwdriver. The brake shoes can wear into the drum enough that they catch on the back edge preventing removal, in which case you need to back the adjusters off.
if you have a big pulley puller you can put that on it i did it on mine and a couple friend's cars when beating it just seemed to take forever this worked in no time!
I used a generous amount of PB Blaster then hammered the daylights out of it while rotating the drum.
