hi j-body.org , i know no one knows me and i only stop in like ones or twice a year but i thought i'd share my latest project im working on ..
the car on the right is a 1982 pontiac j2000, the one on the left is obvious 1995 grand am


here is an inside shot of the j2000 after i got done switching out all the seats , wiring harness and shaving/bolting on the dash.


if anyone is interested ill keep updating the progress ...

thats... certainly an original project. keep up the good work with the 1'st gens man... i wish i had an old hatch. what are your plans for it?

Pretty sweet project if you ask me. Modernizing an old car is something I thought only Muscle Car guys do...

my plans are to make it a street machine , i figure if i can find a shop that will bore a 3.1 and find some kind of a stroker kit for it ....
the 1st gen j-2000 at 1700lbs and roughly 350-370 hp will be nearly unstopable.
thanks for your interest, tomorrow when i start pulling the 3.1 block and such ill get some more pics.
