ok i've been having some idle issues since the weather warmed back up. my car backfires and sputters until the engine gets warmed up. and it will also do that on the low end starting from a stop sign. i have a 2.2 5 spd.

My first question I would ask, Is how long has it been since you have done a tune up?. Plugs / wires / fuel filter / air filter / throttle body cleaning?. How many miles do u have on youre engine?. Has the fuel system been serviced, also has the Coil packs been tested for the correct ohm readings. I would also take a look at all youre vacuum hoses could have one cracked or missing.
