Does the 99' Cavalier Z24 have a Pollen or AC filter? If so where is it and does it need changing? how do you change it?

if you're asking about a cabin air filter, no. no j-body has one.

Some company could make a fortune developing an aftermarket cabin air filter kit for vehicles that don't have one!!!
