hey whats up huys , i dont know how well i can explain this , but i have a 95 z24, manual trans, an when i engage the clutch and give it some gas to pull off i feel this knock, but it feels like its something heavy like the motor lol, it does it whenever i first take off or if i take my foot off the gas, i have the after market upper and lower mounts, and they look fine, i dont know if it could be the tranny mount or something else, it really feels like the motor is rocking back and forth but im not sure, well if anyone has any suggestion or has has this problem i would appreciate any help

check you driver side top engine mount bolts (2-15mm IIRC), next I would jack the car up, (using jack stands) go under neath and make sure the sub-frame is torqued correctly.

And, of course, those replacement motor mounts might have failed...
ok how do i check the sub frame, and it seems like the noise comes from the lower right side of the engine bay, bu the dog bone motor mount doesnt move, but looking at the motor the left side seems to be the side jumping

what the torque specs on the subframe? i just put one in my 04 and kinda need to know
