my finances car has recently decided it does not want to start quickly sometimes.
about 60-80% of the time it starts right up. vrooooommm. and your good to go.
the othe 20-40% of the time, your sitting there with the key to start and it just keeps turning over and over and over again. Eventually it starts.
So far changed:
Oil & Filter.
Fuel Filter
Spark plugs (about 15, and 20kmiles ago)
Spark plug wires.
Air filter.
what should I be looking at

i've even done tried to 'pre-prime' the pressure, by turning the key to start, waiting for the pump sound to stop, and repeating like 3 times, still had problems.

no ur fuel pump relay is fine if the pump is priming. that wat the fuel pump relay is supposed to do
thats what I thought,
its so freaking goofy, because most of the time it starts right up, as if nothing happens.
i've talked to her some more about the car, and its been goofy idling at times too.
would a dirty iac valve do something like this?
Have you checked the Fuel Pressure Regulator?
If you remove the vacuum line to it and there is fuel present/traces of you may have a bad diaphram
