I was just wondering How hard it is to change these hoses. There is a small leak coming from one of thses hoses and they look to be connected by some plastic piece. I believe thses are the heater hose and bypass hose if those are the two hose that run to the firewll in a 96 Z24.

Yea.. I know what your talking about. It should be that bad. Just becarefull when you remove the hose. Don't pull or push to hard get that hose of.. Cut slit in the hose down the center of the end connected to the heater core and pull.. But it sounds more like like your heater core is shot!! But If your luck! It will be just the hose. Those Heater cores are a pain to replace. Well Hope that helps.. A test to see if your heater core is shot turn the heater on and see if you can smell antifreeze in your car.
