Hey guys I have an 02 Chevy Cavy and on the delay spot it will stop for a second or two in all places of the windshield. It also delays turning off sometimes to. Now the only time that it does it is on the delay, the faster speeds it works fine. I'm thinking that it is a switch problem, thoughts would greatly be appreciated.
You could start with the wiper switch, Also could be the wiper delay relay.
