I'm selling my car today to a guy about 400 miles away, hes already on his way to pick up the car but my parking brake is stuck and the car therefore cannot go anywhere! Its a 5spd 2002 z24, i can move the handle up and down fine but when down it is still activated. Is it frozen (temp is very cold out? What can I do to quickly fix this? Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

Block your wheels and climb under the back of your car and pull towards you on the middle of the e-brake cable and hope it lets off.
