Fuel Pressure Regulator Leaking???

I noticed the smell of gas coming from my 2001 2.4 L sunfire and opened the hood to seeing gas seaping slowly around the middle of the fuel pressure regulator. It only does it in the morning when the car is cold and once warmed up for about 5 minutes it stops leaking. Is this easy to replace and does anyone have steps for replacing it.

I would recommend getting that fixed right away, Cause youre gonna have a enginefire soon, I believe the fuel regulator, on the 2.4 engines you have to pull the fuel injector rail, Along with the injectors attacted, its pretty easy, Not to hard of a job, You want to make sure youre relief the fuel pressure out of the fuel system first, Or you will have fuel blasting every where. I am not sure on the size of wrench you need, Or sockets its been awhile since Ive changed them fuel regulator. Its pretty easy.

Good Luck.

You'll need to remove the fuel rail- its 2 13mm bolts... The FPR will slide out of the end after you remove the 2 torx holding it in. One holds it to the rail- the other holds the fuel line in place. T30 maybe?
