I'm trying to change out my fuel filter on my 95 cavalier but the side that slips through is a pain, there was this black clip and i tried pushing it in and pushing it out but it just cracked and now i cant figure out how to remove the old fuel filter, how do you remove them? i don't wanna break anything else.
It can be a pain in the butt replacing the fuel filter, Those quick connect cilps are crap, My friend has broke his off some how, I had to mod it for him. The auto zone link is a perfect, direction for help.

Thanks for the info! i finally got the the crappy filter off and replaced it with a fram fiter.
