Hey guys, I did an ECO 5spd swap.. the PCM that came with the swap was fried and my only option at the time was an auto PCM. Since I never got to run the car with the normal PCM, I'm not sure what I was to expect, but... I noticed that I have an abnormally low idle.. about 550 rpms. Also, I have a rather nasty stumble and jerk at lower rpms when I step on the gas too hard. And lastly, if I'm cruisin around 2k rpms, the car acts a lil weird. Its not smooth at all.. like its gotta miss, but it smoothens out around 2500. I was told by Mr. Higgins that the PCM is whats makin me idle too low, so I was wonderin if this automatic PCM is what might be 'causin the rest of my problems?

Auto idles around 600rpm. That's why you have a low idle. It sure doesn't help the rest.
