I have a 1997 coupe 2.2L, 5 speed with 180,000 mi. I was thinking of getting a 97 2.4L and rebuild it. I was hoping this is an easier way to do a swap. If this involves ECU, wiring harness, ect.. the what would be a good motor to put in it. Thanks
It does involve ECU, wiring harness, trans mounts (the trans bellhousings are different).
The LD9 is a good motor if maintained, though.
