My buddy has a 1997 Z24 BONE stock, just a daily with 150K on it. The car is idleing at 1700RPMs and when in gear it fluctuates a lot. We swapped one of my spare TBs with all the sensors which were good but no change. I am assuming maybe a vac line but they all seemed to be okay.
Any thoughts?

I would double check the wires or vacuum hoses from pressure sensor and the IAC when something is wrong with those sensors or itīs lines the idle gets kind of funny.
