anyone else sunroof not open when its cold out? im assuming that the problem since it only happens when it cold!
My guess would be that either ice or corriodion has built up in the roller wheels & tracking system, You could use a hair dryer to try and deice the tracking area, Also may need to apply some lithium white grease to the track area. That could help out alot.

there is no rust and already greased it i have a feeling somes up with the motor, working perfectly fine in warmer temperature
Is the motor sounding weak in normal temp?.
