I'm getting an occasional clunk from the right (passanger side) lower side the engine room.
It usually happens when the car drives into the parking lot by turning right.
Basically the sound is generated by the upward movement of the front passanger tire...
I just noticed that by turning the steering wheel to the right while standing still generates a clunk.. turning to the left does not.
What could be a cause for this?
I just got back from the inspection, mechanics couldnt find anything visually wrong.
I was thinking maybe the strut mounts are bad, but the sound comes from lower part of the car, like under the engine.
Lower engine mount maybe..?
